Overview
Annie Webb Blanton Elementary School is the place to be in 78723! Blanton serves a diverse community of students in Pre-K through fifth grade. Blanton opened in 1964 and was named after the first woman to win election to a statewide office in Texas. Through academics, social and emotional learning, dual-language programming, the arts, and community involvement, Blanton works in partnership to raise achievement, help students reach their potential, and create lifelong learners. Blanton is part of the Northeast Early College High School family of schools, which offers students the opportunity to earn college credit and graduate with an associate degree.
