Educational Specification and Project Development Manual Memos for the 2022 Bond Program
Austin ISD is committed to the continuous improvement of our learning spaces. As we design new spaces, inevitable lessons are learned. To ensure we can immediately benefit from these lessons learned, memos are released as soon as possible articulating any changes or required clarifications to our Educational Specifications (Ed Specs) and/or Project Development Manual (PDM). All memos will be incorporated into future formal Ed Specs and/or PDM updates.
Project Development Manual
The purpose of this Project Development Manual (PDM) is to outline technical design requirements and preferences for facilities in the Austin Independent School District to the consultants designing and administering the construction of facilities. This document is updated periodically to align with industry standards and preferences of the Austin ISD.
