FERPA Notification Rights

Please contact your student's school directly to obtain the following: official transcripts, current attendance records, current grades, current discipline. If you move to another Texas school district, including a charter school, the records will be requested electronically.

Please use this form to request records for the following reasons: Child Support, Deferred Action (Dream Act), Enrollment History, Immigration, IRS, Mexican Consulate Identification Card, Passport, Social Security Card, Texas Driver's License, Texas State ID, parent/guardian in need of current student’s educational records, former student in need of educational records. 

We are experiencing a large number of requests. We are processing them in the order received. Please expect a response in two to three weeks. Thank you for your patience.
