AUSTIN, Texas—Today, Austin ISD, Mendez Family Resource Center, Mendez Middle School and The Austin Project will hold a Flood Disaster Recovery Fair for community members affected by the recent floods.
AISD Student-Athletes Encourage Others to Stand Up for Healthy Relationships
October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, and Austin ISD Athletics is doing its part to promote safe and healthy relationships. In partnership with the Travis County Sheriff's Office, Texas Advocacy Project and SAFE, student athletes will be wearing purple ribbons to encourage others to stand up against dating and domestic violence.
