To showcase our commitment to creating a safe, supportive and inclusive environment, Austin ISD will host its Pride Week Celebration April 19-24. You don’t have to be a teacher, parent or student to join this district wide celebration of our LGBTQIA+ students, staff and families.
The celebration will include a series of weeklong virtual informational and community social-emotional learning sessions.
This year's weeklong celebration aligns with the Gay, Lesbian & Straight Education Network (GLSEN’s) student-led National Day of Silence on Friday, April 23.
