Austin ISD will remain closed through Friday, Feb, 19, except for select essential personnel. There will be no asynchronous instruction on Friday as previously communicated.

Several campuses are serving as warming centers for any individuals or families who may need access to a warm place from 9 a.m.-9 p.m. at the following locations:

  • Lee Elementary School at 3308 Hampton Road.
  • Murchison Middle School at 3700 North Hills Drive.
  • Joslin Elementary School at 4500 Manchaca Road.

Shelters for our most vulnerable populations with a medical need for power are located at:

  • Mendez Middle School at 5106 Village Square Drive.
  • Reilly Elementary School at 405 Denson Drive.
