Austin ISD will celebrate Youth Art Month with Travis High School student artist David Thang signing a billboard he designed.

What:  The Austin Fire Department will lift the student; his art teacher, Rachael Wellborn; and Superintendent Paul Cruz up in a fire truck bucket to sign the billboard. The billboards are sponsored by A+ Federal Credit Union and Reagan National Advertising.

When: 10 a.m. Thursday, March 2 

Where: 1614 Montopolis Road

The billboards throughout Austin will feature Thang’s artwork. Locations of billboards:
