AUSTIN, Texas—Allison Elementary School invites the community to learn about S.T.E.M programs at its STEMulate Your Mind family event tomorrow evening.

What: The event includes more than 40 interactive booths, robotic presentations and a how-to on developing web pages. A raffle will also be held, with prizes ranging from Wiis and glow-in-the-dark STEMulate Your Mind T-shirts to Halo Lego Sets and kites. The event takes place throughout the school.

When: 5:30-8 p.m.Friday,April 11

Background: As a part of AISD’s Eastside Memorial vertical team focused on its S.T.E.M. signature program, Allison Elementary School’s staff members and community partners have planned this event to showcase the science and mathematics curriculum in a fun atmosphere.
