AUSTIN, Texas--Austin ISD invites the public to celebrate Youth Art Month with Bowie High School student artist Julia Lund signing a billboard she designed.
When: 10 a.m. Tuesday, March 25
Where: 1614 Montopolis Road
What: Billboards, sponsored by A+ Federal Credit Union and Reagan National Advertising, Inc., will be signed by the student artist, along with her art teacher, Carlye Brookshire. The superintendent will also be in attendance.
