AUSTIN, Texas--As part of the kick-off festivities for the new year, Austin ISD will host a virtual, all-staff convocation.

Who: AISD Superintendent Meria Carstarphen

What: Superintendent Meria Carstarphen will review the district's goals and priorities at the all-staff convocation. Staff members and the Austin community are invited to watch the convocation live or on their own schedule on the district's website.

When: Beginning at 9 a.m., Wednesday, Aug. 21
