Austin, TX—Austin Independent School District Trustee Jayme Mathias and Superintendent Meria Carstarphen invite school community stakeholders  to an important meeting for a briefing on the status of Eastside Memorial High School at the Johnston Campus and to solicit input on viable solutions for the 2013-2014 school year.

When: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 9

Where: Eastside Memorial High School at the Johnston Campus, cafeteria, 1012 Arthur Stiles Road

Background: Superintendent Carstarphen is working with AISD’s Board of Trustees and affected communities to initiate the formulation of a plan for the future of Eastside Memorial High School at the Johnston Campus. Austin Voices, a local education non-profit, will be facilitating the conversation.
