Austin ISD, Austin Ed Fund, and the Austin Chamber have partnered to create an internship for rising 10-12th grade students to help prepare them for the workforce through hands-on training, skills development, and meaningful work experience. By participating in the program, Business Partners can expect to:
- Cultivate a talent pipeline
- Engage with Austin ISD
- Increase company exposure
- Mentor the future workforce

Learn from Austin area professionals in high-demand industries and receive a stipend by joining the Austin ISD Summer Internship Program!
The Interest Form for the 2025 Summer Internship Program is now closed. Selected students will be notified by April 14, 2025.
Student interns will:
- Learn from industry experts across Austin
- Earn high school course credit
- Enjoy flexible hours that fit your schedule
- Receive a $2,000 living expenses stipend
- Participate in a 20-hour work week over the 6-week program
