When: October 22nd 2022 from 2:00 - 6:45 PM

Where: Austin High School 

Each year, hundreds of Austin ISD orchestra students from all Austin High feeder schools as well as Crockett High School on our campus for a Halloween-themed concert and carnival.

In addition to performances by the Austin High School orchestras, the schedule features performances by:
6th grade elementary school orchestras from Barton Hills,Bryker Woods, Lee, Maplewood and Mathews elementaries;
and from Covington, Gorzysky, Martin, O. Henry, and Small middle schools; plus the Crockett High School Orchestra.

For the students, it’s a great opportunity to showcase their work and connect with fellow Orchestra students.
For the families and community, it’s a fun and busy fall festival!

Carnival attractions include music, games and contests, food and beverages, and a fantastic (and scary!) Haunted House.
While the carnival fun continues outside from 2 to 6:30 PM,
Orchestra performances take place on schedule inside the Austin High School McGee Performing Arts Center (PAC) beginning at 3:00 and continuing until about 6:45PM.
