The Community Retreat will host staff and community members to maintain the work of eliminating racial disparities in discipline and punishment to foster a more responsive, inclusive learning environment for our students.

This year we will focus on using discipline data to inform our workgroup goals and metrics.

In order to sustain the work, we will continue with the theme from the Community Appreciation Mixer: Growing for Change.

El retiro comunitario albergará a miembros del personal y de la comunidad para mantener el trabajo de eliminar las desigualdades raciales en la disciplina y el castigo y así fomentar un ambiente de aprendizaje más sensible e inclusivo para nuestros estudiantes.

Este año nos enfocaremos en el uso de los datos de disciplina para fundamentar las metas y medidas de nuestros grupos de trabajo.

Para respaldar el trabajo, continuaremos con el tema del Encuentro de Agradecimiento a la Comunidad: Crecer para cambiar.
