What: Destination... Life - Regional Transition Fair

When: Saturday, November 12, 2011 - 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Where: Round Rock High School - 300 N. Lake Creek Dr. Bldg. 100

This fair is hosted by 9 area school districts and includes over 70 booth and 5 break-out sessions. Post-Secondary Educational, Career, and Lifelong Living information will be available to aid students with special needs plan their future. Representatives from Adult Service Agencies in Williamson, Travis, and Bastrop counties will be in attendance.

Break-out sessions include:

• A Legal Panel
• DAR's Representative
• Social Security
• Medicaid Waiver Programs
• Post-secondary Student Panel

These sessions are from 10:15 to 10:55, 11:00 to 11:40, 12:15 to 12:55, and 1:00 to 1:40.

*Spanish and sign language interpreters will be available
