Austin ISD families in the Travis Country neighborhood, we are aware of police activity in your area. We are working with the Austin Police Department to take appropriate measures. Due to police activity, we will not be able to send school buses into the neighborhood on Monday, March 19.  Any tardies or absences due to this situation will be excused.

Please take caution and follow instructions from the Austin Police Department. Stay in place until you receive further direction from APD. If you see anything suspicious do not approach it or touch it and call 9-1-1.

Familias del Austin ISD localizadas en la zona residencial de Travis Country, sabemos sobre la actividad policiaca en su área. Estamos trabajando con el Departamento de Policía de Austin para tomar medidas apropiadas. A causa de esto, no podremos enviar autobuses a la mencionada zona residencial el lunes, 19 de marzo. Se marcarán todas las ausencias y llegadas tardes como justificadas si son por esta razón.

Por favor tengan precaución y sigan las instrucciones del Departamento de Policía de Austin. Manténganse en su mismo lugar hasta recibir instrucciones adicionales de la policía (APD). Si ven algo sospechoso, no se acerquen, no lo toquen y llamen al 9-1-1.
