Congratulations to the Knights’ class of 2016 for reaching new heights while continuing their school’s proud tradition of academic excellence and success in fine arts.

The McCallum students in the Peer Assisted Leadership program mentored 144 students at six middle and elementary schools.

Students took more than 781 AP exams this year, and the school’s journalism program earned 53 awards at the Interscholastic League Press Conference Spring Convention.

Valedictorian Haley Hegefeld reflected on the normal daily moments that made McCallum High School special.

“In 20 years, when you look back at your time at McCallum, you’ll remember the big moments, but I hope you’ll remember the little ones, too,” she said.
