Austin ISD wants to hear from the community as we discuss a possible facility in the Mueller neighborhood in northeast Austin.

We're calling this process Imagine Northeast Austin, and we want to get your input to help us answer several questions:

• What type of facility should be prioritized?
• If a school or schools were built on the site, what grades should be included?
• Who would be ideal partners to help ensure that the facility serves the northeast Austin community with excellence and equity?

Your feedback is integral to the development of the final plan for the 10-acre site. Please join AISD—children are welcome—for two meetings to share your ideas: 

• 8–10 a.m. Feb. 20 at Bertha Sadler Means Young Women's Leadership Academy, 6401 N. Hampton Drive. Accessible by public transit via this route: Route 37.
• 5–7 p.m. March 3 at Millennium Youth Entertainment Complex, 1156 Hargrave St. Accessible by public transit via these routes: Route 2, Route 6 and Route 300.

AISD also encourages community members to click here to submit your comments online.
