Dear AISD Community:

Wednesday was the deadline for companies to submit proposals to be considered to assist the district in the search process for a new superintendent. We received four proposals by the deadline.

At the work session on Monday, May 12, the board will finalize scoring of the proposals and select the firms to be invited to make formal presentations. Those presentations are currently scheduled for May 17.

We will continue to update you on our progress in the process of selecting a new superintendent. As always, we encourage you to visit the superintendent search website to share your thoughts on the process and to read the most up-to-date information.
