Beginning Jan. 21 through Feb. 16, all AISD employees who are eligible for health care benefits can take a free, and 100% confidential Health Risk Assessment. 

The assessment will provide you with insight on your current health and can help you identify potential health risks. All personal health information is confidential and protected. 

The assessment can: 

• identify general risks for developing a health condition
• upon your approval, connect you with a nurse from Seton for follow-up care
• Enter you into a raffle to win great prizes 
• Give you a chance to win $25

And, just for completing your HRA, you will be entered into a drawing to receive great prizes.
