Compensation and Benefits
AISD is proud to offer a competitive compensation package that is responsive to employees’ ambition and accomplishments. The base compensation includes salary, medical and dental insurance, a retirement package through the Teacher Retirement System and free, customized professional development for campus staff.
At AISD, we offer additional stipends for bilingual teachers, special education teachers, and National Board Certified teachers. We also increase compensation and incentives for employees just for completing their own professional growth and development goals through our PPfT program.
